and I’m having a hard time getting into it. Do I delete it from the list or suffer through?

Things I always seem to forget.
1. I am emotionally volatile, especially at night.
2. Music effects me emotionally.
3. If I don’t want to be sad and cry, I shouldn’t listen to sad music.
4. Adele’s “Make You Feel My Love” makes me sad and cry.
